- Tip: If you start writing the Step 1 or Step 2 proposal, it is recommended to create a submission draft on the Funding & Tenders Portal as shown in the videos below (find the link for Step 1 here). This way, the EIC will automatically notify you if any changes or disruptions occur since you have an active draft and are on their email list.

In the EU's Funding & Tenders Portal where you perform the submissions, "Part B" generally refers to the proposal that you submit while "Part A" refers to the online forms you need to fill out (i.e. company information, address, etc.). Most of the work is done for Part B while Part A is usually done in the end before the submission.
EIC Accelerator Step 1
Here are the files that you need to submit (see the Annex Modules):
- Proposal ("Part B"): A 12-page PDF file [Modules 1-61]
- Video: A 3-minute video (720p or 1080p and MP4 are best) [Module 64]
- Pitch Deck: 10 Slides as a PDF file [Module 62]
- Consent form: A simple spreadsheet with a checkbox, downloadable on the platform
For Step 1, you have to summarize all Modules since you have a page limitation as indicated in the template. You will be able to reuse the text written in Step 1 for Step 2 since the structure of the applications is nearly identical. If you have to remove text from Step 1, keep it for Step 2.

- Proposal ("Part B"): A 50-page PDF file [Modules 1-61]
- Video: A 3-minute video (720p or 1080p and MP4 are best) [Module 64]
- Pitch Deck: Unlimited slides as a PDF file (targeting a 10-minute pitch) [Module 63]
- LOI Collection: All of your Letters of Intent (LOI) in one PDF file [Module 66]
- FTO Analysis: Your Freedom to Operate (FTO) Analysis as a single PDF file [Module 65]
- Financial information: Financial spreadsheet as an XLSX file [Module 67A, B, C, E]
- Lump sum: Lump sum spreadsheet as an XLSX file [Module 67D]
- DMP: A Data Management Plan (DMP) as a single PDF file [Module 69]
- CV: Curriculum Vitae (CV) of all relevant team members as a single PDF file [Module 70]
- 10-Pager ("Additional doc"): 10 Pages of content as a PDF file [Module 71]
- Ownership Control Declaration: A declaration for sensitive technologies as a PDF file [Module 81]
